    Is anyone under-21 allowed in the casino, hotel, restaurants, outlet mall or event center?

    No one under the age of 21 is permitted on the casino gaming floor. The Outlets at Sands, Sands Bethlehem Event Center and the Sands Hotel are accessible to guests under 21. Guests under 21 may dine at any restaurant at the Sands Casino under the supervision of a person who is 25 years of age or older, who is directly responsible for the care and conduct of the minor(s) while on the licensed premises and who keeps the minor(s) within their sight at all times. Guests under 21 may access The Market Gourmet Express by entering through The Outlets at Sands entrance. Guests under 21 may access Emeril’s Italian Table by entering through the Sands Hotel entrance. Guests under 21 may dine at all restaurants on the casino floor but must be escorted by a Sands security officer.

    How do I retrieve/change my PIN number?

    Please visit the MY SANDS Center upon your next visit and they will be able to reset your PIN for you. There is a separate line for PIN reset and replacement cards, so your wait should be minimal. For security reasons, Sands employees have no access to PINs.

    How is Slot Free Play earned?

    Slot Free Play offers are based on average daily slot play over the last 12 months. Daily play is rated based on duration of play, average wager, average wagers per minute and the particular game being played. Number of trips or actual win/loss are not factors. An increase or decrease in play can affect future offers. Table play does not factor into slot free play.

    How do I check if I have Slot Free Play or Comp Dollars Available?

    Log in to your account online at any time to check available slot free play offers or comp dollars at: https://www.pasands.com/mysands

    How do I obtain a win/loss statement?

    To print your win/loss statement, log in to your account here: https://www.pasands.com/mysands. Once logged in, click on “win/loss” from the menu, select the requested year and click "submit". A printer-friendly copy of your win/loss statement will appear for your records.

    How do I change my email/contact info on my account?

    Log in to your MY SANDS account at: https://www.pasands.com/mysands. After logging in, click “modify your details” from the top menu. Your mailing address must be changed in person at the MY SANDS Center with valid ID.

    What cash games do you offer in your poker room? Do you offer tournaments?

    We currently have a 36-table poker room that hosts both cash games and tournaments. We consistently have 3-6 limit, 1-2 NL, 2-5 NL, and 5-5 NL Texas Hold'em games. We also occasionally run Omaha 5-10 NL and other games based on demand. Please see our poker page for our tournament schedule and more details.

    How do I earn a point/sweeps entry/comp dollar?

    Points, sweeps entries and comp dollars are all earned based on your play. Factors involved include: duration of play, average wager, wagers per minute and the particular game being played.

    Do my comp dollars expire?

    Comp dollars expire six months from the day they were earned.

    How do I check my sweepstakes entries?

    To check your sweepstakes entries from any slot machine, insert your MY SANDS Card, select the MY SANDS logo from the screen, enter your PIN and your entries will display under the logo of each sweepstakes running at that time. You can also visit the MY SANDS Center or log into your account at https://www.pasands.com/mysands.

    How do I get upgraded to a preferred card?

    MY SANDS Card Members will be automatically upgraded to Preferred Level status when 25 points are earned in one gaming day at least 5 times in a 90-day period. Points do not carry over from day to day. When you are eligible for an upgrade, you will be notified via a message on the slot machine. Once upgraded, you will maintain that status for 1 year.

    Do you have gift cards?

    Gift Cards can only be purchased at our retail store, Sands & Co., located just inside the front entrance of our casino. Gift cards can be used at any of our restaurants or lounges on property, as well as our hotel, Sands & Co., The Outlets at Sands, Sands Bethlehem Event Center or Vision Bar, but cannot be used in a slot machine or at a table game. Gift cards are not available for purchase online or over the phone at this time. Pre-loaded slot vouchers can be purchased at the main cashier for use in any slot machine.

    Do you have wheelchairs?

    We have a limited number of wheelchairs available for patrons who are unable to bring their own. For guests on property in need of a wheelchair, please check availability at the Valet desk. You will be asked to leave your driver’s license with the Valet cashier to secure the return of the wheelchair.

    How do I contact lost & found?

    To see if your lost item has been turned in to Security, please all the Security Podium at 484-777-7522.

    How do I make a reservation for the hotel? What are your rates?

    Reservations can be made by visiting www.pasands.com or by calling our Call Center at 877-726-3777. Rates vary, so it’s best to check the current rate for your selected dates online or by calling the Call Center for assistance.

    Where can I use my comp dollars?

    Comp dollars can be used at any restaurant or lounge on property, the hotel, Sands & Co. retail store, Sands Bethlehem Event Center box office and Vision Bar.

    What are your table minimums?

    Table minimums vary based on casino traffic and the number of games available at any given time. Table minimums tend to be lower during off-peak hours.

    How do I get directions to your property?

    Please go to the Visit Us page of our website here: https://www.pasands.com/visitus/ Enter your address and you will receive turn-by-turn directions and information. Our street address may not show up in all GPS units. Please use use 901 Daly Ave, Bethlehem, PA 18015 as an alternative.

    Do you offer comp rooms for the hotel?

    The MY SANDS Card program allows you to comp yourself! You earn comp dollars while you play that can be used towards your hotel room, or dining and drinks at any of our restaurants or lounges.

    How do I sign up for a MY SANDS card?

    To sign up for a MY SANDS Card, please visit the MY SANDS Card Center with valid ID upon your first visit. We do not offer pre-registration at this time because we require valid ID at the time of sign-up.

    What do I do if I lost my card?

    Please visit the MY SANDS Center on your next visit and they will be able to give you a replacement card. There is a separate line for PIN reset and replacement cards, so your wait should be minimal. Valid Government issued identification is required.

    Why am I no longer receiving emails from the Sands?

    There are several factors that could be causing you not to receive our promotional emails, including unsubscribing, clicking the SPAM button on one of our emails and persistent bounces to your email address, just to name a few. Please email us your account number at Info@PaSands.com and let us know that you are no longer receiving our emails. We will investigate the problem and respond within two business days.
