Alyssa Lippincott | Manager, National Sales

Alyssa joined Sands Bethlehem in 2012 with over 8 years of hotel sales experience. Alyssa cultivates corporate business from the New Jersey and New York markets as well as builds relationships with third party accounts. Alyssa is serving as the President of the New Jersey Chapter of Meeting Professionals International until June 2019.

A Lehigh Valley native, with a Bachelors of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas, Alyssa began as a Sales Coordinator at the Las Vegas Hilton. After being promoted to Conference Sales Manager, she decided that it was time to return to Pennsylvania.

A Bethlehem native with over seven years of experience working in the hotel industry, Dan Mies recently brought his expertise to Sands Bethlehem. In his current position, Dan is responsible for cultivating corporate and association business from the Pennsylvania market and more specifically, the Harrisburg area.

Dan completed his undergraduate at DeSales University and earned his Master’s at Chestnut Hill College. Additionally, Dan has been actively involved with both the Middle Pennsylvania and New Jersey Chapters of the Meeting Professionals International organization for over five years.

Brittany Durner | Catering Sales Coordinator

After graduating from NCC’s Hospitality Program in 2010, Brittany started in 2013 as a Front Desk Agent. Brittany was promoted in 2014 to Front Desk Supervisor.

Brittany's primary role is to coordinate social functions and one-day business meetings. Brittany works directly with the clients to plan all aspects of their event – ensuring a flawless experience from start to finish.

Amanda started her career at Sands Bethlehem in 2009 as a My Sands Card Center Representative and is currently the Catering Sales Coordinator. Amanda’s primary role is to coordinate social functions and one-day business meetings. Amanda works directly with the clients to plan all aspects of their event – ensuring a flawless experience from start to finish. 

Amanda is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University.  She currently resides in Lower Saucon Township, Pa. with her husband and pet pig. Amanda enjoys concerts, having fun with her family and friends, and is a lover of all things Disney.

Buddy V's Ristorante, a partnership with veteran restaurateurs Elizabeth Blau and Kim Canteenwalla, is inspired by Valastro's family gatherings and features recipes passed down from his mother, grandmother and aunts. The menu offers twists on Italian-American favorites, as well as Valastro family favorites like Sunday Gravy, Steak Pizzaiola and Linguine and Clams with Lobster. The renowned baker's restaurant, of course, also serves an impressive dessert selection including Zeppole, Cannoli and Valastro's famous Lobster Tail Pastry.
