Tips for the interview

  • Dress professionally and neatly
  • Research our company before the interview
  • Ensure all information you provided on your application is accurate
  • Come prepared with questions for the recruiter or hiring manager
  • Know where your interview is being held ahead of time
  • Be excited!
  • Arrive on time

Becoming a Team Member

  • If selected as a candidate, a processing appointment will be made to review conditional offer of employment and sign any necessary documents
  • If the position for which you are being considered requires a Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) license, you will be contacted to begin the paperwork process and get fingerprinted by the PA State Police, which is located on site. Click "Information on Licensing" for more information on the licensing process.
  • On-boarding typically occurs after successful completion of a background check and drug test
  • If applicable, you will be scheduled for a uniform fitting in our Wardrobe Department
  • All new hires must attend a three-day general orientation

Licensing Information

Depending on your position, you may be required to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) license.

There are four different types of licenses in Pennsylvania:

  • Non-Gaming
  • Gaming
  • G2 Level Gaming
  • Key
