COOK I

  • Work on open kitchen, some customer interaction

COOK II

  • Mid-level cook $13-15/ hr
  • Works in open kitchen, some customer interaction
  • Focus on sauté, grill, fish, roast stations

 

 

COOK III

  • Lead level cook position $15  / hr and up
  • Trained on butchering of meat, fish, poultry
  • Sous chef In-training  program
  • Diverse level of culinary background, cooking styles

 

SOUS CHEF

  • Access to ordering systems, computer

  • Training and mentoring of culinary and stewarding staff

EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF

  • Assistant to Executive chef
  • High volume experience required ala carte dining, buffet and catering experience a must
